When you look at the December 2023 jobs report, and see all the headlines, everything looks positive. It appears things are on an upward trend and we’re headed for a soft landing. But if you drill deeper and peel back the layers of data manipulation, months of massaged information, and downward revisions, an entirely different picture comes into focus. This is yet another move to fool the masses and sway the market, and it’s working. The truth is, along with everything else going on, the job market isn’t as good as the report says. We can’t even trust the economic data we’re getting which puts us in a dangerous place.
